Sunshine was a good recent sci fi movie that raised some thought provoking issues and wasn't a run of the mill movie... The Knowing I loved and Alex Proyas is a fantastic director. The underlying theme for the basis of religions was very good...Just still not 100% on Nicholas Cage as a stalwart hero type... You got to remember these movies are made for the lowest common denominator IQ wise, and US audiences as a generalisation need/want spoon feeding and not to have to think about anything...Look at there system of government...If a cowboy like Ronald Regan, father and son liek George Bush Sr AND Jr can get in the White House....Well...... As for GI Joe, there's nothing wrong with a little mindless entertainment every now and then, especially with Sienna MILLER in it....Hmmmm...Layer Cake...... Hmmm…Not always…

Looks like it'll be another good CGI action, low intellect content movie, but then that's what Hollywood seems to be all about these days when it comes to action movies...
